**Role Overview**: As a Support Worker, you will help adults with learning disabilities, Autism and mental health conditions live independently by providing support tailored to their needs. Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily living activities, promoting social skills, and helping individuals engage with the community.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist with daily living tasks such as meal planning, cooking, personal care, and cleaning.
- Help individuals achieve greater independence and develop life skills.
- Support individuals to attend professional appointments and engage in community activities.
- Maintain accurate records, including daily logs and safety checks.
- Administer medication and ensure a clean and safe environment.
- Work closely with families, advocates, and professionals to ensure the best support is provided.
**Requirements**:
- Clean Full UK Driving Licence (required to drive mobility cars).
- Experience in supported living or similar settings preferred.
- Commitment to safeguarding and providing high-quality support.
- Ability to work as part of a team and demonstrate flexibility.
**Additional Information**:
- The position requires an enhanced criminal records check.
- Tameside Link will cover the cost of the check.
