**IN2Consult / Part Time, Temporary Accounts Assistant / 3 month + / Watford / Hybrid Working** **/ up to £18 pph** IN2Consult are currently working with a logistics service provider based in Watford who need an immediately available Accounts Assistant to join their team. This is a part time position, offering 3 days of working per week. It is also offering hybrid workingwhich includes 1 day of remote working per week, but that can increase once you are settled into the job. **Responsibilities**: - To be responsible for the purchase ledger process, by ensuring that all invoices are referenced, entered on the accounting system accurately and promptly - Reconciliation of all supplier accounts - Initiation of Customer Payments Breakdown into Euro and Sterling - Daily banking (allocation of receipts & payments) of three bank accounts - Bank Reconciliations - Raise various monthly & quarterly invoices & posting of customers credit notes - Journal entry postings - Reconciliation of stock per site on a monthly basis - Importing of foreign VAT files, reconciling of VAT per country, calculation of FX on foreign VAT **Beneficial Skills**: - Good knowledge of MS Excel - Knowledge of Sage also beneficial - Able to work independently If this sounds like it could be a good fit for you, please feel free to get in contact. **IN2Consult / Part Time, Temporary Accounts Assistant / 3 month + / Watford / Hybrid Working **/ up to £18 pph
