**Customer Service Coordinator / Client Account Support Assistant** with previous experience within a similar role, who has excellent administrative, organisational and communication skills is required for a well-established company based in Altrincham, Greater Manchester.
**SALARY**:£21,000 - £23,000 per annum + Benefits

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Customer Service Coordinator/ Client Account Support Assistantwith previous experience within a similar role, who has excellent administrative, organisational and communication skills.
Working as the Customer Service Coordinator / Client Account Support Assistant you will build strong working relationships with a small number of nationwide clients, provide support to operatives and schedule reactive jobs.

**DUTIES**
Your duties as the Customer Service Coordinator / Client Account Support Assistant include:
- Accepting and processing work orders
- Building strong working relationships with a small number of nationwide clients and managing their workloads/enquiries
- Scheduling of reactive jobs
- Providing support to operatives
- Producing RAMS
**CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS**
Requirements for the Customer Service Coordinator / Client Account Support Assistant include:
- A proven track record working in a similar role, ideally within the construction and/or building industry
- Strong PC skills and ability to pick up new systems
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to prioritise tasks and workload
