Opportunity to work for a reactive building maintenance company. You must be willing to work nights, days and weekends depending on the workload. Role will involve travel and possibly working away from home. You will also be placed on the On-Call rota.

Job Description (This list is not exhaustive):

- Predominately working in the commercial/retail sector with some domestic work.
- Working on both maintenance and small quoted works
- Ability to turn hand to multiple trades from; joinery, plumbing, HVAC, tiling, carpentry, brick-laying, plastering, painting and decorating and general repairs/maintenance issues.
- Ability to produce concise Site Reports & Risk Assessments.
- Comply with all H&S regulation.

Required
- Qualified In Carpentry & Joinery NVQ Level 2
- Certificates up to date including CSCS Card
- Full Clean UK driving license

Ability to work on own initiative.
Ability to deal with high work volumes and prioritise accordingly.
Practical and can-do approach.
Professional when communicating both written and verbal.
Excellent time management and ability to multitask.
Good work ethic with an energetic approach.
Flexibility and commitment.
