**About the role**

Join our Internal Sales Team, who play an integral part of managing the communications between Paxton and our customers. You would be responsible for managing your own account base whilst building relationships with your accounts, and assisting the FieldSales teams to identify key accounts and arrange meetings.
- Collaborate with the Field Sales Team to agree targeted campaigns and expectations.
- Qualify inbound calls for meetings and scheduling these for the Field Sales team.
- Create and build on existing and new customer relationships.
- Get involved with customer facing events such as exhibitions and seminars.
- Support and plan with the team to collectively achieve objectives.

**What are we looking for?**
- A self-motivated and results driven individual, who is looking to progress their career within Sales.
- Confidence to actively call customers and accept inbound calls.
- Great communication and rapport building skills.
- Experience within a sales or telesales role is preferred, but not essential.
- An interest into technology is always beneficial.
