We are planning to open our third children's home in Liverpool and we are looking for experienced Residential Support workers to join our established company in Liverpool. Children and Young people are at the heart of everything we do, and we are looking for experienced child centred practitioners to join our rapidly expanding company.

The role will involve you:

- Working with our kids aged between 10-18, who require support and safeguarding.
- Completing paperwork relating to evidencing the journey of our kids through their time with us
- Being enthusiastic, committed and passionate in ensuring our kids develop the skills and tools necessary to move on from our care
- Being caring, resilient and flexible to meet the needs of our kids. This will include working shifts and sleep ins, with full and part time hours available
- Having a can do attitude, someone committed to helping others. Empathy is a big part of what we do
- Studying for a NVQ level 3 Diploma (if not already qualified)

Our starting hourly rate for unqualified residential support workers is £11.00 per hour, rising to £11.50 per hour once qualified. We continually review our hourly rates, so as the company grows, we will look again to increase the hourly rate.

In return we can offer

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Residential Childcare: 1 year (required)
- Support Environment: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- NVQ Level 3 DIPLOMA IN CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE (preferred)

Work Location: In person
