You’ll love coming to work every day if you get, want, and have the capacity to:

- Manage a small team of warehouse assistants and drivers, ensuring high standards are maintained and adherence to our core values.
- Hit KPIs relating to delivered sales targets and local delivery volumes
- Use our systems to manage shipment bookings and various process from returns to dispatch and goods in.
- Deal with customers directly when required.
- Enforce and manage warehouse health and safety in line with legislation.
- Drive a forklift, demonstrate first aid knowledge and develop efficient processes.

- Follow tightly controlled stock management processes
- Ensure the right product gets to the right customer, within the right timeline.
- Keep a tidy, well organised warehouse and a motivated team.

We train our team to help them succeed, and everyone on our team helps with our success. In this role, you’ll be accountable to hit the following numbers each week:

- Delivered sales targets (local and national)
- Picking accuracy
- Return/Replacement turnaround

**Salary**: From £25,215.00 per year
