**Job description**: **Job Summary**: We are seeking a skilled and experienced MIG Welder to join our team. As a MIG Welder, you will be responsible for fabricating and assembling metal structures through the use of MIG welding techniques. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits. **Duties**: - Perform MIG welding on various metal components and structures - Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding specifications - Use power tools and hand tools to cut, shape, and weld metal pieces - Ensure all welds meet quality standards and specifications - Conduct inspections of welded parts to identify any defects or imperfections - Assist in the fabrication and assembly of sheet metal components - Collaborate with team members to complete projects within specified deadlines - Maintain a clean and organised work area **Requirements**: - Proven experience as a MIG Welder or similar role - Strong knowledge of welding techniques, equipment, and safety procedures - Proficient in using power tools, hand tools, and measuring instruments - Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding specifications - Basic math skills for measurements and calculations - Familiarity with sheet metal fabrication is a plus - Experience with stick welding is a plus If you are a skilled MIG Welder looking for a new opportunity to showcase your talents, we encourage you to apply.
