**What Does the Role Include?**

Our years of experience and training-first approach to PPC and SEO is fundamental in this role as we build your knowledge base across the board in the basics of SEO, Content and Social. Working within all aspects of the agency, you will gain hands-on experience in the Technical, Paid, Content and Social Media Teams to ensure our client strategies and objectives are achieved to the highest standard. This is fundamental to your growth and development as a Paid Marketing Assistant, as it provides unparalleled insight into the organic side of strategies and allows you to thrive within your Paid training.

**Who will you be Working Alongside?**

Reporting and developing a strong, collaborative relationship with the Head of Paid, you will also build relationships with the following teams:
- The Technical Team
- The Paid Team
- The Content and Social Media Team
- The Senior Management Team

**What Will You Be Responsible For?**
- Conduct research for paid campaigns, including advanced keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
- Assist in the planning, execution, and optimisation of PPC campaigns across search, display, and social platforms.
- Design captivating ad creative alongside writing engaging ad copy aligned with client objectives and brand guidelines.
- Develop your hands-on experience by monitoring campaign performance, tracking and Pacing KPIs, and providing insightful reports.
- Troubleshoot problems in real time with regular performance optimisation and improvement tasks.
- Suggesting adjustments to the client's strategy and providing insights into the on-site activity
- Proactively contribute to the team with fresh ideation and innovative strategies, allowing you to collaborate with the wider digital marketing team to align PPC activity with SEO, content, and overall strategy.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging best practices.

**What Will You Learn?**
- Learn the importance of SEO, Local SEO, Social Media, and Content fundamentals, as well as how to implement, suggest changes, and advise on their implementation in support of the Paid Campaigns.
- You will be trained on omni-channel reporting, attribution, and how to use basic platforms, which are fundamental to the Paid Marketing world, including Google Tag Manager, GA4, Meta, and more.
- HTML Coding to fix a range of issues, including troubleshooting errors.
- How to use multiple platforms and strategies to fulfil a client's objectives and deliver a successful campagin.

**What Do We Expect From You?**
- Be responsive to constructive feedback
- Provide prompt and professional client liaison
- Review, analyse and question monthly client reports, raising any concerns, points of interest or ideas for improvement to your line manager
- Ensure that client workload, training and self-development are carried out in line with allocated time frames
- Liaise and communicate with all teams to ensure that the overall client strategies and goals are being achieved
- Complete training and coaching necessary to maintain progression with training program for all areas of the business, including, SEO, PPC, Content and Social Media
- Ensure accurate completion of time sheets is carried out
- Adapt to and utilise different software systems used to carry out daily work and activities, e.g., WordPress and Shopify
- Any other duty that may be required in line with the business needs
