Our leadership take care of all business development and as such keeps our recruitment team supplied with a very healthy pipeline of roles to work on, spanning a variety of job functions and sectors. If you're an experienced, ambitious and money motivated recruiter working in a "360 environment" then realistically you should be able to make 3x the amount of placements you do currently. We'd say 4x... But we only expect you to work a 30 hour week, we value work/life balance and so should you Whilst we have hired people with no previous experience in the past, this time round we really need someone who has worked in Recruitment before as in order to succeed in the role you'll need the skills and experience to hit the ground running. We are looking to add a couple of people to the team, therefore salary is based on experience and expectations, being on a sliding scale and dependent on the commission package YOU want.
