**About the role**

At Sodexo our **Cleaners** are vital to ensuring that all of the cleaning standards at **_Queen Anne_** are maintained to an excellent level and we have a vacancy for you to join our team

With a keen eye for detail and a great attitude you’ll be ensuring that all areas of our working environment are kept sparkling.

**A few things about you**

Your excellent attention to detail and good communication skills will be key to this role Being a team player is important, but you’ll also need to be able to work well on your own

It doesn’t matter if you’ve never worked as a Cleaning Operative before but what does matter to us is taking pride in what you do. A willingness to learn and develop new skills is a bonus too

**Role Responsibility**:
Ensure all areas are cleaned efficiently and in a timely manner to the required standards. use floor buffer and scrubber driers( training provided)
Use cleaning chemicals safely as detailed by Control of Substances Hazardous to Health guidelines (COSHH)

Ensure that the safety signs are used appropriately at all times and ensure that cleaning stores are kept clean, tidy and stocked, ensuring equipment is stored correctly and safely at all times. Ensure all cleaning equipment is kept clean and maintained in safe working order

Comply with all Company & client policies and statutory regulations including Health & Safety, safe working practices, hygiene, cleanliness, fire and COSHH. This will include your awareness of any specific hazards in your work place.

If you have previous experience working in a cleaning team, that’s great If not, but you have customer service experience and strong attention to detail, we still want to hear from you

You will be customer facing and will respond to requests so having excellent customer service and communication skills is key. Being a team player is also important, there’s no ‘I’ in team
