**An overview of the role**:
Water and biodiversity are vital for all life. Join the Capgemini Invent Sustainable Futures team to work at the forefront of technology and innovation to create businees driven solutions that will help adapt and accelerate the resilience of water and biodiversity for planetary and human systems.

As a Water and Biodiversity lead, you will play a key part in scaling our impact and building our wider growth story. Your work will be client-focused, building through leadership, identifying challenges and opportunities for driving systemic change and supporting teams in building and implementing viable business driven solutions.

In joining the Sustainable Futures team, you will be contributing to publications and events, and lead/be part of collaborative business plans, engagements and proposals to help our clients act on climate issues. Your work will be underpinned by innovation, across a wide spectrum from analysis to solution design, post-project monitoring and evaluation. Typically, you will lead or be part of an integrated multidisciplinary environmental, strategy and team. In your targeted accounts, you will build strong relationships and an understanding of the sustainability strategy and client business, becoming a trusted advisory partner.
