**Service Overview**

Kenmore is a nursing home for younger adults and we support 25 individuals who have varying support needs because of physical and long term neurological conditions.

If you enjoy working within a team and supporting people to live life to the full then Kenmore is for you.

We provide person centred care and have a staff team who are skilled and trained to deliver specialist and complex nursing care.

The full-time support we provide is flexible and designed to help build skills, involve people, inspire confidence and encourage people to live more independently within a friendly and happy home full of activities and fun.

**What Is The Role?**

Support Worker - £9.50 - Cleckheaton

Day Shifts.

Wellbeing Support - Continuous offering of qualifications - Career Progression
- Support the people we support to live their lives to the fullest
- Using the training provided, aid the people we support through all aspect of life including mealtimes, bathing and day to day activities.
- By getting to know the people we support you will be able to help write their care plans and understand when risk assessments may be needed.
- Be there to assist the people we support in daily activities, social interactions, and outings either in a group setting or on a 121 basis.
- Assist the people we support with their health needs as required, which may include administering medication and attending medical appointments.
- Keep daily paperwork up to date to ensure we have captured everything that has happened in the day
- You will work positively with colleagues, families, and external organisations to assist with supporting our residents.

**No experience? No problem**

We offer full training through the VCG academy and the Care Certificate.
