Masterclass are looking for a hard working teaching assistant to join a friendly and supportive team at an alternative provision based in the Worthing area. This school has good transport links and parking onsite, free lunch is provided as the school promotes eating with the students.

We are looking for individuals who have previous experience with either adults or students that display challenging behaviours. You will need to have the ability to remain clam and be quick thinking in situations as well as showing professionalism and understanding to the varying need of the students.

You will be assisting the school where they need extra support and promoting good behaviour in line with school policies, also supporting the teacher in the running of the class and helping the students where needed, keeping them engaged in the lesson and unlocking potential to further their education.

**This role is Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 15.30pm - term time only**

**Need to hold Maths and English GCSE’s C and above**

Masterclass Education work exclusively with a large amount of Primary, Secondary and SEN schools across the area who look for MCE staff to be with them on daily cover, short and long term contracts.
