**Helpdesk Administrator (Full-time)
**We are currently looking for a full-time Helpdesk Administrator to join a market leading company. You will be working within a busy team and be a key member of staff.

You will be responsible for the following:

- Taking inbound calls and assessing customer's needs whilst building a good rapport
- Updating in-house systems and ensuring accounts are kept updated
- Contacting and updating customers in a timely manner
- Uphold all administrative processes
- Delivering excellent customer service
- Administrative support to the management team such as diary and scheduling support

Skills and experience required:

- Strong administrative skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks
- Organised and efficient individual
- A willing attitude to learn
