Overview:
**Duties**:

- Oversee the daily operations of the front of house staff
- Ensure exceptional customer service is provided at all times
- Train and supervise front of house employees
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the front of house area
- Experience in food production or culinary background
- Strong team management and supervising skills
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting
- Knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation
- Leadership abilities to motivate and guide staff
- Bartending experience is a plus
