**Store Supervisor**

**Required Part time 30 hours a week.**

**About the role**

Our supervisors are key members of our management teams. You will be assisting in the day to day running of the store, leading, motivating and developing the team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Customer service, giving our customers the best shopping experience
- Be an important part of the management team and support the manager in the day to day running of the store
- Be a key holder, opening and closing the store taking responsibility for the store in the absence of other management
- Store standards
- Visual merchandising
- Housekeeping
- Learning, developing, and sharing your product knowledge

**About us**

We started life on Polzeath Beach, Cornwall back in the summer of 1978 and since that time Ann’s Cottage Surf shops have become one of Europe’s most iconic and respected Surf and lifestyle retailers. We have grown from a small store at Polzeath to 14 stores and a busy website.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: £10.00 per hour

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
