This is a broad role that encompasses 1st and 2nd line support, some project work, some report writing.

You’ll work with really nice people, in a collaborative environment where innovation is encouraged and where you will be given the scope and freedom to develop new ideas. There is no typical day, so you’ll need to enjoy being shaken out of your routine

You’ll be office-based, in Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire. Starting salary - around £25-27k plus benefits.

Experience required: 1st and 2nd line technical support in a Windows environment with server knowledge, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, initiative, writing SQL queries, some report writing (e.g. SSRS, Crystal).
