**SENIOR MARKETING ANALYST**

**LEEDS (hybrid)**

**£45,000 - £55,000**

This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Marketing Analyst to join the BI team once a week in the Leeds office of this well-known gaming company. You will benefit from interesting projects and stakeholder engagement, as well as excellent training andprogression, with opportunities to perform a range of advanced analytics.

**THE COMPANY**

This is a popular gaming company currently seeing themselves keep up to date in an ever-changing industry. With this company's extremely large data set, as the Senior Marketing Analyst you will have plenty of data to work with and get your hands on, thusnever being bored while developing your analytics skillset further.

**THE ROLE**

As the Senior Marketing Analyst, you'll be joining the analytics team that sits within the BI function, as well as reporting to the Head of Marketing. You'll be working alongside the other Senior Analyst in the team and leading on tasks with other analysts.You will be working on:

- Analysing campaign performance and marketing effectiveness for different channels and best targeting of customers
- Enhancing the way the business measures the impact of marketing for acquiring new customers
- Drawing insights from data using SQL for manipulation, extraction and analysis to help understand the customer base and different marketing channels
- Working closely with the Data Science team to predict future customer value and customer behaviour to optimise customer targeting strategies
- Conducting analysis on the customer journey, particularly focusing on acquisition
- Generating insight and making recommendations on how/where to invest money to ensure they maximise upsell and retain customers

**YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Previous commercial experience within marketing analytics, looking at the omnichannel customer journey, clickthrough rates, successful acquisitions and conversion of customers
- Advanced SQL proficiency, able to analyse and manipulate data, and write your own queries and code
- Excellent communication for sharing insights from data to key stakeholders across the business, able to convey technical terms in digestible language for a non-technical audience
- Ideally have some data visualisation experience, such as Power BI or Tableau, and R/Python experience, but this is not essential
