We are looking for individuals committed to helping turn our vision into reality. **About the role** We are looking for a Senior Onboarding Administrator to join our team and support key processes with precision and efficiency. You will play a crucial role in resolving complex issues, liaising with internal and external parties, and ensuring smooth onboarding operations. **Key Responsibilities**: - Manage customer registrations and losses accurately and timely. - Ensure agents are appointed/de-appointed within industry timescales. - Handle start and end reads for new gains and losses promptly. - Process Erroneous Transfers within industry SLAs. - Understand and manage contractual relationships with Meter Operators, Meter Asset Providers, Data Collectors, and Data Aggregators. - Resolve queries related to Change of Supply activities. - Comply with requests from Ofgem, BEIS, and DCC. - Liaise effectively with third-party agents. - Adhere to internal processes and risk frameworks. - Manage team mailbox and internal tickets efficiently. - Develop and update process documentation regularly. - Resolve complex queries both internally and externally. - Prioritize and respond to customer queries and complaints. - Assist with work allocation and provide technical support to the team. - Provide team reporting and visibility of task performance. - Conduct regression/testing within deadlines. - Represent the team in meetings and ensure timely action on team tasks. - Facilitate on-the-job training and improvements for Onboarding Administrators. - Review team development and recommend cross-skilling initiatives. - Monitor industry changes and share impacts with the team. - Deputize in the absence of the Team Manager. **Knowledge and Skills**: - Understanding of registration processes and interdependencies. - Proven ability to coach and mentor colleagues. - Strong numerical and verbal comprehension skills. - Excellent document writing and communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office. - Exceptional time management and problem-solving skills. - Self-motivated and able to motivate others. - Ability to produce effective work within tight deadlines. **Experience and Qualifications**: - Gas and/or Electricity industry experience and relevant Market Interaction experience. - Proven record of excellent customer service. - Ability to succeed in a complex and dynamic environment. - Previous leadership experience is desirable - GCSE Grade C in Maths and English (or equivalent). - Preferred: Degree level (or equivalent). **Why ENGIE UK?** - Opportunity to make a significant impact on the future of energy supply. - Collaborative and innovative work environment. - Hybrid working options. - Bonus programme. - Healthcare cash plan. - Employer pension contribution.Commitment to professional development and growth.**How to Apply** - At ENGIE UK, we value diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
