Night Shift QA

**The Role**:
We are currently recruiting for a Final Inspector to work within this busy manufacturing environment. Reporting to the QA Manager the post holder will be responsible for the final inspection of finished production (prior to release from the factory) ensuringthey meet all customer requirements.
**Key Duties include**:
- Assessing outgoing goods.
- Regular inspections of quality of work produced.
- Checking against final inspection checklist and drawings.
- Identifying/reporting non-conformance.
- Enforcement of current procedures.
- Controlling paperwork.
- Interpret Production documentation
- Interpret CAD drawings.
- Assessing of incoming goods
Applicants should be educated to GCSE standard or equivalent with good grades in English and Mathematics. The ability to communicate at all levels meticulous attention to detail and good IT skills are also required.
Ideally applicants will have previous experience with a manufacturing/factory environment although this is not essential as full training will be given. Experience of working with Quality Assurance Standards, ISO9001 and 5S programmes would be a distinct advantagewith an understanding of Health & Safety procedures.
**Working hours**:39 hours per week.
Monday to Thursday 5.45pm to 4.00am.
