Trainee Claims Executive

Our Client, a rapidly growing local brokerage, has created a new role for a Trainee Claims Executive role to manage all aspects of their Motor and Household Claims.
After training, you will have the responsibility to manage all aspects of the Claim. Our Client is looking for an individual who has the drive and passion to deliver the best service and outcome.
This is an excellent opportunity to help your Clients through the Claims process, but also for you to develop new systems and processes in this new department.
**As a Claims Executive you will**:
- Handle Motor and Household Claims from first notification through to settlement
- Negotiate to reach the best settlement possible for your Client
- Answer queries from Clients and Insurers
- Give advice on policy coverage and explain the claim process to Client
- Deliver a personal, meticulous, and professional service
- Keep a record of the cost of Claims
- Develop and maintain good relations with Insurers
**We are looking for**:
- Previous Insurance experience
- A confident telephone manner and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to effectively manage a busy workload while achieving competing deadlines
