EU Ltd are a family owned and run company with branches throughout East Anglia offering a wide range of car parts and accessories.

We have a vacancy for a **Telesales Assistant **at our branch in Kings Lynn.

**The role**:
This is a varied and busy role based in our Sales Office. Duties will include answering the phones, administration duties, driving sales, talking to suppliers and customers. Looking up parts on the computer and general administrative tasks.

**Hours**:
You will be contracted 40 hours per week (Mon-Fri), to include rotational Saturdays. Some flexibility will be required.

**About you**:
You will have a passion for giving great customer service and be able to work in a team. We are looking for someone who can think on their feet and tackle any given task with a hands-on, can-do approach. Someone who is confident on the telephone and have a passion for customer service and in driving sales.
