We support 6 gentlemen with complex needs in Aberdeen, who live in supported living flats. As a waking night support worker, your key role is ensuring everyone has a good night’s sleep, supporting people to go to bed when they are ready and providing a calm environment if people need support during the night. You will also ensure people have a positive start to their next day by supporting people with their personal care, breakfast and helping them plan for the day ahead.

**We will pay you a £400 Welcome Bonus**

**Rewards**
- 28 days annual leave pro-rata (including bank holidays), which we increase the longer you are with us.
- To acknowledge the amazing contribution you’ll be making to our (your) team, we will pay you a £200 welcome bonus after 3 months, then because we truly value your commitment another £200 after 6 months
