**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Maintaining employee records and ensure all data is accurately entered into our HR systems.
- Provide administrative support for various HR functions, including onboarding new employees and managing documentation.
- Handle incoming phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, addressing inquiries related to HR policies and procedures.
- Assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations.
- Supporting employee engagement initiatives by organising events and activities that promote a positive workplace culture.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations regarding employment practices.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in an office environment, preferably within an HR or administrative role.
- Strong phone etiquette with excellent verbal communication skills.
- Maintaining and archiving employee data.
- Competent in using computer software for data entry, including Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel etc.).
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong administrative and clerical skills, demonstrating attention to detail in all aspects of work.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
- Experience with CQC a bonus, but not essential

Pay: £32,000.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Edgware HA8 6AG: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administrative experience: 5 years (preferred)
- Human resources: 2 years (required)

**Language**:

- Fluent English (required)

Licence/Certification:

- CIPD (preferred)
