Due to growth and unprecedented levels of interest, Nisai is expanding its internal support team to facilitate the continued growth of the business. As part of the sales team you will be working alongside the Customer and Student Support team in Stockton and will be responsible for supporting a field sales person in the generation of appointments and revenue across a pre-defined territory.

**Experience and Qualities Required**

Those who have been successful in this role previously demonstrate empathy and understanding whilst also being tenacious and results orientated. You will be looking for a role which challenges but rewards you on the results you deliver.

The ability to problem-solve and identify solutions is key to the success of this role as is the ability to plan, focus and commit to pre-agreed activity targets.

We have positions available for those with and without experience in telesales and sales support. You may be coming from a background in customer service, appointment-making, telesales or perhaps you have recently graduated and are looking for a new and exciting career path.

Successful applicants will benefit from formal induction and ongoing support throughout their time with Nisai. Structured training days will help you develop professionally and opportunities to get involved in new projects and develop your skills further is there for those who are ambitious and looking for a career.

The working hours are Monday to Friday, 8.00am - 4.30pm

Enhanced DBS Certificate is required for this post.
