LVFS have an exciting opportunity for a Cyber Operations Specialist.
The Cyber Operations Specialist supports the response to security threats across the LV= technology estate. The role is responsible for driving the efforts to prevent, monitor and respond to Information Security and Cyber breaches.
**About you**:
Qualifications:
- Relevant security qualifications (SSCP, CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA, CEH) or equivalent desired.
- Vulnerability Management, Firewall, WAF, DLP, anti-malware product certifications or equivalent desired.

Key skills & experience
- Embrace change and initiate new and better ways of working to deliver positive customer outcomes.
- Communicate confidently and effectively, at all levels, both in written and verbal form.
- Analytical mind set, able to use data and metrics to drive actions and develop solutions for our customers.
- Agile - make decisions within remit and execute in a fast, simple and focused way.
- Experience in a comparable function, ideally in a regulated industry or financial institution.
- A genuine interest in Security threat vectors and actors including their Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTPs) and how to defend against them including mitigating the consequences.
- Understanding of cloud and how security controls can be applied holistically that meet both cloud and on-premise technology.
