**ABOUT THE ROLE**

As a Wedding and Events Sales Specialist you will lead your department to secure leads for weddings and events, tailoring their packages to make sure their special day is as perfect as they want

**WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR**
- Generating managing sales leads to optimise bookings for your venue
- Participating in meetings with the Senior Management and wider sales team to discuss areas of focus for your venue
- Collaborate with the Operations Team, detailing a full handover for preparation of Weddings and Events
- Managing your schedule accordingly, to fully maximise opportunities within your venue
- Act as point of contact for our clients and suppliers
- Accurately provide reports for Senior Management Team and The Support Team
- Host show rounds for our guests, offering a world class experience, providing quotations and securing bookings for their once in a life time experience

Other Adhoc duties will be required from time to time also, which will be discussed to you in advance

**EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED**
- A Minimum of 2 Years Sales Experiences (Essential)
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage workload (Essential)
- Excellent communication skills (Essential)
- Experience with ResControl Systems (Desirable)
