**Who are we looking for?**

**What you'll do**

**Key responsibilities** to include**:

- Conceptualise, write, and publish long-form content including white papers and academic papers
- Mentor junior team members on long-form writing and publication processes
- Represent Holistic AI at academic events and conferences
- Establish and maintain relationships with research institutions
- Deliver workshops and training sessions on the AI regulatory ecosystem

**Expectations**:

- Write, submit for review, and publish a minimum of 2-3 academic papers per year
- Conceptualise, write, and publish a white paper every 6 weeks
- Publish at least 1 blog post every two weeks

**What you'll need**
- Master’s or PhD in field such as Economics, Law, Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, or other related discipline
- Demonstrable, strong experience with AI governance, risk, and compliance
- At least three years’ experience working in a commercial environment
- A strong publication record with at least three long-form publications/academic papers
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
- Deep analytical mindset

Based from our central London office, with the potential for flexible, hybrid working.
