About the Role

Our housekeeping assistants play a key role in providing our residents with an environment that's clean and attractive. You'll help us deliver the highest quality person-centred care and work closely as part of a team. And like us, you'll always want to do the best you can and constantly look for ways to improve

You will ensure a warm, friendly environment where our residents come first whilst you maintain the highest standards of tidiness and cleanliness in line with infection control guidelines You will act in a professional manner towards residents, visitors and staff, at all times.

About You

Care home experience is not essential for this role (although it's great if you have some) as we will offer full, dynamic training The skills we're looking for include,

- Listening and great at making conversation with people from all walks of life
- Team player who works really well with others.
