**Salary**: £34,000 - £40,000

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Take a leading role on the commercial aspects of proposals, negotiate with customers and manage complex contracts in line with established policies and requirements
- Responsible for interpreting and communicating customer requirements
- Identifying and mitigating risk and assessing opportunity
- Supporting the business to manage change and deliver upon its financial commitments
- An awareness of the aspects of the Law that affect the activities of the business
- Familiarity with typical internal governance requirements and experience of a variety of contract/agreement types is valuable
