**Behaviour Mentors are required to work with children and young people, in need of additional support to access their education and learning.**

This vulnerable and disadvantaged group of young learners, need positive and supportive role models - to give them the best chance of success for the future.

Empathy, understanding and commitment have never been so needed, as we mentor these students through their education journey.

**Free Team Teach positive behaviour management, de-escalation and physical intervention training will be provided for successful applicants.**

**The Long Term assignments can pay up to £100 per day (including £0.40 per mile in travel expenses) and the Permanent opportunities can pay up to £28,000.**
- You will be responsible for the wellbeing, happiness, and safety of the children and young people you will be supporting.
- You will have a passion for Sport, Music, Dance, Drama or Art and you will have the opportunity to inspire through your passion and enthusiasm
- Your commitment and dedication to changing the outcomes of young people has never been so needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £92.50-£100.00 per day
