SF Recruitment are supporting a successful business in recruiting for an Administrator to join the team on a contract basis for 11 months.
You will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of a successful regional conference proposition by generating and converting enquiries within the meetings, incentives, conference and exhibitions (MICE) industry.
£11 per hour.
Hours: Ad hoc between 12 - 20 hours per week.
The Role:
- As the Administrator you will be responsible for organising accommodation services, securing allocations of bedrooms and sourcing these and processing group bookings.
- Adding details onto booking system,
- Arrange familiarisation visits for event organisers as and when required.
- To support agency enquiries - assisting with venue suggestions.
- Answering phone calls.
- Monitor inboxes.
- Assist with client delivery services.

- Experience in an Administrator/PA role within the events industry.
- Excellent Communication & I.T Skills.
- Highly organised.
