A Digital Account Director with a possibilist nature and a solid background of client growth within an agency envrionment is required at a successful agency based in the heart of London.

In the role you will demonstrate client relationship development, plan growth strategies, inject energy into the team and ensure requirements are met
Salary around £55,000 depending on experience.

**You will join a successful Creative Agency based in London, looking for a natural leader with a strong Digital background to come onboard and promote best practices and grow junior members of the team.

**Skills Required**:
The Digital Account Director will ideally have the following experience:

- Strong account handling and client growth experience within an Agency environment
- Project Management experience
- Partner closely with Media and Creative leads to ensure our campaign ideas make most effective use of an integrated mix of owned, earned and paid channels, and are deployed via innovative, targeted media and technology
- Responsible for demonstrating an understanding of consumer behaviors within media, and a working knowledge of media relevant to the client’s business including TV, digital, social, experiential, print, OOH, and search
