At Eleanor Care provide reablement care to service users across Oxford, we are looking to expand our team of experienced carers by recruiting new members who will receive full training before visiting our service users. Our extensive training will ensure you will be well equipped and prepared to provide high levels of care along with opportunities to progress. Whether you are new to care or familiar with health and social care, we endeavour to have all members of the team not only confident but more than capable to provide the highest level of care. With rates of pay starting from £11.50 per hour, we also ensure that you are well equipped with sufficient PPE and accommodate with travel time. With our in-house trainer we will make sure that you are either ready to start a career in care or get a refresh on care. Do you want to learn and develop skills and techniques to expand your knowledge in care? We will pay for your training and encourage further development.

We cover service users across OX1, OX2, OX3 & OX4.

**Duties**:

- Preparing or assisting with meal preparation
- Light household tasks (dusting, laundry, washing up and vacuuming)
- Aspects of personal care which may include washing, bathing, showering and toileting
- Assisting clients with morning and bedtime routines
- Shopping
- Maintaining a record of your daily activities
- Encouraging independence
