**Location**: Bideford

**Salary**: £24,380 - £26,500 DOE per annum

**Role Purpose**: The purpose of this role is to support the Warehouse Manager in implementing and maintaining an efficient Supply Chain and Warehouse operation for Wildanet.

**Main Responsibilities**:The Logistics Coordinators main responsibilities are to assist the Warehouse Manager in all aspects of the warehouse operations for Wildanet. The role holder will be involved in the end-to-end warehouse operations including, maintaining established warehouse protocols, ensuring all incoming and outgoing stock is accounted for via the companies ERP system, distributing stock to internal customers and internal auditing. The role holder will be required to physically handle stock while always complying with health and safety.**

**Key Activities**:
While duties and responsibilities will vary, they typically include:

- Ensuring timely and accurate goods in bookings are maintained.
- Working closely with the wider team to gather data and feedback to generate improved performance.
- Maintaining good housekeeping within warehousing/stores area.
- Manual handling and forklift driving required at times.
- Investigating anomalies in the stock system
- Liaise effectively with engineers and fleet to ensure correct stock is on board each fleet vehicle and stock is ready for delivery on schedule.
- Recording any received and returned products.
- Conduct stock checks on account.
- Highlight any problems within the department to the Warehouse Manager.
- Following all Health and safety procedures in the workplace.
- All stock held onsite is accounted for.

**Essential Person Specification**

**Knowledge**:

- Knowledge of health and safety procedures
- Knowledge of warehousing operations
- Knowledge of stock management systems
- Knowledge of Telecoms services (Desirable)
- Knowledge of Dynamics system (Desirable)

**Skills/Attributes**:

- Competent in Microsoft 365 packages i.e Excel, Word, Outlook

**Experience**
- Previous experience working within a warehouse / supply chain
- Experience in either of the following categories: warehousing, logistics, procurement, or planning.

**Qualifications**
- Good level of general education in Maths and English
- Forklift with counterbalance (Desirable)

**Circumstances**:

- This role may be physically demanding at times and involve lifting or moving large or awkward packages.
- 37.5 hours per week, within core business hours of 0730 - 1930
- This role may require some ad-hoc weekend/evening working and travel to different sites such as Pensilva.
