Legal Receptionist

We are looking for a part-time versatile legal receptionist/administrator to be responsible for our reception in our busy office in Alton, Hampshire. Your duties will include (but are not limited to) welcoming visitors and enquirers; answering the phones; dealing with appointments; administrative tasks; dealing with post.
You should exhibit excellent communication skills and competency in general office administration. You should be able to create a positive first impression to clients.
**Responsibilities**:
- Welcoming clients and visitors upon arrival at reception.
- Answering, screening, and forwarding phone calls in a professional manner.
- Assisting clients and visitors with the location of legal staff.
- Scheduling and confirming appointments.
- Observing business etiquette, and maintaining a professional appearance.
- Directing the flow of post and deliveries to reach of the intended recipients.
- Ordering and replenishing office supplies.
- Managing the maintenance and repair of office equipment.
- Preparing meeting facilities, and arranging refreshments, if required.
**Requirements**:
- Ability to ensure confidentiality at all times.
- Interest in law
- Prior experience as a legal receptionist will be advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working with computers; telephones; fax et al
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Salary will be up to £21,000.00 pro rata

Pay: Up to £21,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 14 - 21 per week
