We are pleased to announce that we have a new opportunity within the Accounts Department at our Head office in Stratford upon Avon.
**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Manage our customers through the entire accounts receivable process
- Ensure debt is paid within the agreed terms within procedures
- Production of sales invoices, statements, reminders and final notices
- Successful allocation of all cash received
- Management of customer credit limits
- Building good relationships with customers
- Assist with other Accounts Receivable functions
- Responsibility for own ledger
**Skills & Experience**:
- Direct credit control experience is desirable
- Debtors collection experience up to legal recovery stage, experience dealing with recurring billing or subscription services desirable
- Strong communication skills & confident telephone manner
- IT literate with good working knowledge Outlook
- Sage experience is desirable
- Ability to communicate internally and externally at all levels
- High levels of attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience working within the technology sector is desirable
- A flexible, enthusiastic approach to teamwork and the ability to deal with a fast-paced environment
Salary dependent upon experience.
