**Road Freight Coordinator**

**Location**:Birmingham

**Salary**: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum (DOE)

**Working Hours**: Monday to Friday

**Key Responsibilities**
- Overseeing EU Road Freight operations from start to finish, including bookings, documentation, and invoicing.
- Managing groupage and relevant documentation.
- Creating job files and preparing all necessary operational paperwork.
- Liaising with suppliers and clients to ensure smooth invoicing at agreed rates.
- Collaborating with the sales team to assist with quotations and provide service information.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in road freight operations.
- Knowledge of EU import and export processes is highly desirable.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
