Digital is changing everything about how consumer goods companies go to market. We were at the front of the media revolutions in print advertising in the 1890s, in Radio in the 1930s and in TV in the 1960s. Now we intend to be at the front of the digital revolution. At the heart of our response to this Digital Revolution is our People Data Centres - delivering powerful game changing insights and facilitating one billion relationships with consumers.

We need to blend social data with consumer contact centre data with CRM data with search data with ratings & reviews data and so much more. This will allow incredible insights and precision marketing. We need people with passion for digital and analytics, who are not afraid to break convention and want to be a revolutionary within our business.

**The analyst will**:
Project management / Business partnering:

- Continue managing existing relationships with other services within the business (GEB and Corporate Communications mainly).
- Project manage the market expansion and internal scale up of the GEB Brand Health Dashboard.
- Project manage the creation of an Employee Engagement Dashboard.
- Identify new opportunities for the People Data Centre (PDC) services within the business.
- Partner with other senior business clients, assess requirements, scope and propose project activity.

People management:

- Manage our Open Talent Economy (OTE) pool with the support of a PDC OTE Coordinator, which involves:

- Recruiting
- Interviewing
- Onboarding
- Managing budgets
- Manage our PDC OTE Coordinator who is coordinating all OTE requests coming from PDC
This is a key role in ensuring the PDC services are used to a maximum benefit in the business and what we offer is aligned to the business needs.
- The PDC Expansion analyst understands data and technology and how to make a difference for the business.
- As a key part of the PDC Labs, this role drives increasingly sophisticated and valuable use of the vast amounts of data and technology

As the manager of the Open Talent Economy, the PDC Expansion analyst enables the PDC and other internal functions to have access to a pool of talents in a cost-effective way.
