We're on the lookout for a **Head of Product** to drive our product strategy and lead our talented team to new heights

**Your Role**:

- **Strategic Leadership**: Define, develop, and execute a product strategy that aligns with our business goals and market dynamics.
- **Team Development**: Coach and develop the product management team, ensuring clear career pathways and alignment with objectives.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and other teams to ensure effective ways of working and deliver products to market.
- **Customer Focus**: Lead research and discovery phases to understand customer needs and drive product innovation.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Experience**: At least 7 years in product management, with a proven track record of developing and launching successful software products.
- **Leadership**: Ability to manage digital products across multiple brands and collaborate with senior executives.
- **Analytical Skills**: Highly analytical with a knack for tackling challenges and delivering solutions.
- **Communication**: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers, team members, and stakeholders.
- **Methodologies**: Follower of Agile, Lean, Directed Discovery, and Design Thinking methodologies.

**Preferred Experience**:

- Background in marketing, retail, technology, or automotive industries.
- Experience in both B2B and B2C environments.
