**Your Purpose**

Your will be responsible for the delivery of a portfolio of CRM, CX and Digital projects. As a key member of the team, this role will lead our digital production agenda and drive the end-to-end delivery function from requirements gathering to defining solutions that meet client needs, budgets and schedules.

**Your role**
- Management of simultaneous fast-paced projects, supporting the end-to-end production of creative and content, by liaising with different teams and stakeholders.
- Lead other Producers who are working on your projects and support them in a senior capacity when issues arise. This includes but is not limited to update to, maintenance of CRM communications, the development of creative engagement ideas, digital delivery, performance marketing and guidance for our owned media.
- Proactively manage the scope and backlog, creative resource, timings, and priority of tasks to meet deadlines ensuring our quality and standards of work are not compromised throughout the life of a project.
- Technical and creative partnering, managing and developing strong relationships with our clients, internal agency partners, 3rd party production suppliers (e.g. Photographers, digital production agencies, music companies and versioning agencies), procurement teams and the wider Specsavers Marketing functions and business.

**What you’ll bring**
- A wealth of experience in integrated production and project management with proven CRM and Digital Comms experience in integrated production, client services, performance marketing activity and creative and technical development.
- A passion for creative excellence and delivering best possible solutions, with diplomacy while balancing practical challenges and considerations.
- Experience of working in a fast-paced agency environment with a focus on Push Communications, Social, and Online.
- The ability to confidently manage always-on multi skillset teams with the ability to work at pace.
- Experience of digital optimisation and an ability to understand the principle of continuous ongoing workflow management.
