**Fostering Service Manager / Registered Fostering Manager**

**Permanent, Full-time**

**Up to £57,550 per annum (plus £5,100 car allowance + £1,200 on-call allowance)**

I'm working with a **Therapeutic, Independent Fostering Agency** who are a **leading Social Enterprise**. They are actively looking for a new Service Manager / Registered Fostering Manager to join their growing service in South Benfleet, Essex. The agency were recently **awarded Employer of the Year by Children and Young People Awards Now.**

They are looking to recruit a highly motivated and experienced Fostering Service Manager who will inspire and lead a team of dedicated, skilled staff and carers who are passionate about providing children and young people with the opportunity to flourishand fulfil their true potential.

This role will be instrumental in developing and delivering the agency's Business Plan and will help shape, influence, and implement the future growth and development of their Fostering Service.

The person appointed will be the Ofsted Registered Manager and will be accountable for the service meeting all regulatory requirements and leading in their ambition to move from a GOOD to OUTSTANDING Ofsted judgement for this Fostering Service.

The Service Manager will be working with a team who are driven and ambitious to continually improve the service they provide to children and foster carers. They will have a good deal of autonomy to shape the way the service is planned and delivered bothlocally and more widely as part of the national Operational Management Group.

**Requirements**:

- Social Work England Registered
- Previous Experience as a Team Manager within a Fostering Service
- Must own a car and drive
