Sales Support Administrator

**Main Tasks**
We are looking for an enthusiastic, intelligent, and energetic Sales Support Administrator who is motivated by being part of a successful team. The position will be based in Solihull, West Midlands. You will be responsible for providing efficient and timely business support to the sales and contract teams.
Key tasks:
**Contracts**
- Daily contract admin management, including updating portals
- Develop / Update contract database
- Identifying / prospecting new contract opportunities with Sales Manager
- Work on preparing PQQ / ITT opportunities
- Organise reviews with key contract customers
- Organise / manage audit schedules
**Business Support**
- Create daily customer claims report and deal with them case by case
- Liaise with customers to provide POD / arrange collections
- Convert urgent quotes to orders
- Liaise with stores / purchasing and provide update on stock availability to sales / customers
- Customer debt management
- Invoice queries
- Update customer tariffs
- Provide COC / MSDS / Data sheets for customer enquiries

Starting date: as soon as possible Contract: Permanent contract / full time Location: Solihull Remuneration: £19,000.00-£22,000.00 per year depending on experience
**Salary**: £19,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
