This role isn’t just about sales - it’s about building connections, creating memorable customer experiences, and being part of a forward-thinking brand that’s reshaping the motorcycle world just as Tesla did with the Model S and X.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Customer Engagement**: Interact with customers in a professional, engaging, and technical manner, tailoring conversations to meet their individual needs.
- **Adaptability**: Thrive in a role with diverse responsibilities, from in-store sales to event representation.
- **Event Representation**: Represent Verge Motorcycles at high-profile events in the motorcycle, luxury item, and EV sectors, becoming the face of our brand to enthusiasts and stakeholders.
- **Sales and Support**: Drive sales, provide exceptional customer service, and support customers throughout their Verge Motorcycles journey.
- **CRM Database Management**: Maintain clear, accurate, and up-to-date customer information in the CRM system to ensure seamless follow-ups and customer relationship management.
- **Test Rides**: Facilitate and oversee customer test rides from our store location, ensuring a safe and memorable experience that showcases the unique capabilities of Verge Motorcycles.
**What We’re Looking For**
- **Retail or Sales Experience**: A strong background in customer-facing roles where building rapport and closing sales are key.
- **Exceptional Verbal Communication**: Strong face-to-face communication skills, with the ability to connect with a variety of customers in a clear, engaging, and professional manner.
- **Technical Communication Skills**: Ability to explain complex concepts in an accessible, relatable, and compelling way.
- **Agility and Flexibility**: The ability to adapt quickly to situations and learn new information. Have the flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- **Motorcycle License**: While not strictly essential, holding an unrestricted A-motorcycle license is a significant advantage and aligns with the lifestyle and passion we promote.
- **Passion for Innovation**: Enthusiasm for technology, motorcycles, and the evolving EV landscape.
