The Droveway is a specialist residential service for adults aged 18+, with Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities (PMLD), physical disabilities and complex health needs including epilepsy. People are supported to develop individualised and accessibleperson centred plans and health action plans that promote increased choice, control over their lives and independence

**Location: Hove, East Sussex, BN3 6LF**

**Contract / Shifts available: Permanent, Part
- Time, 12 hours per week on a Saturday night.**

**Rate**: £8.91 per hour

**Your new job**: Support workers treat everyone equally and with the dignity and respect they deserve: you’ll play a vital part in providing support that improves the ability to manage daily tasks and enable people to experience independentliving and decision making.

Your role is to:

- Remain awake and alert throughout the night to ensure the safety of the people we support.
- Monitor and promote sleep and wellbeing patterns.
- Support with nightly tasks: such as medication and domestic duties.
