Job Title: Finance Business Support Administrator - 12 month FTC

Location: Flexible with travel to Sherburn/Peterborough
Working hours: 37.5 per week. Monday - Friday 8.30-17.00

Joining our team as our new Finance Support Administrator you will primarily be responsible for providing efficient administration support to both our external customers, suppliers, hauliers, internal customers and internal inter-company suppliers.

You’ll be responsible for:
The span of administration activities includes but is not limited to invoicing, processing despatch weights, logging and finalising customer/hauliers queries, resolving mismatches on interfaces and general administration in-line with agreed business processes.
What we’re looking for

Experience in bookkeeping or invoicing is desirable but not essential as training will be given.
Experience of working in a busy administration team, with an ability to quickly and accurately manage a high work volume
Have a flexible approach to teamwork; being able to think on your own, yet care about the broader team, providing cover and sharing workload
Good administrative and organisational abilities, with the ability to work under pressure, prioritise and deal with several issues at once
Possess a good level of numeracy, accuracy and demonstrate attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency
Be computer literate and have a good level of telephone soft skills
Please note that internally this role is titled Business Support Administrator.
