30 James Street, formerly known as Albion House**,** was designed by Richard Norman Shaw and J. Francis Doyle. The iconic building was constructed between 1896 to 1898, and is located on the corner of James Street and The Strand, opposite the famous Pier Head formerly the white star line headquarters it is now a luxury hotel and spa offering the best in service in accommodation and weddings.

As a Receptionist you are the face of the hotel, you set the tone for the guests stay, you must demonstrate a high level of professionalism alongside warmth and the friendly Liverpudlian approach we are known for whilst ensuring all our guests have a memorable experience. This is an amazing opportunity for an experienced receptionist, passionate about people, high standards and a unique way of service you will have previous experience of hotel reception, ideally in a luxury hotel environment.

**Responsible for**:

- Looking after guests from check in to check out
- Guests billing processes and cash/data handling.
- Managing and exceeding guest expectations at every opportunity
- Maximising sales opportunities
- Maintaining high standards of service
- Providing guests with concierge services
- To be responsible for the smooth running of reception.

- Ability to work fast and efficiently without compromising on standards
- Able to deliver great customer service and interaction with every hotel guest you meet through the day.

**Job Types**: Temporary contract, Zero hours contract
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: £11.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 16 per week
