**Overview of the role**:
We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our Brand Licensing business at JCB to play a pivotal role in the ideation, production, and delivery of creative marketing assets across our licenced portfolio. The range of brand partnerships this role will work on varies from tools, workwear, toys to corporate merchandise, so it’s a great opportunity for someone who wants to work in a diverse entrepreneurial environment. As a Graphic Designer at JCB, you will play a crucial role in creating visually stunning designs to generate powerful, meaningful brand experiences.

**Your Responsibilities as a Graphic Designer**:
Creatively, you’ll have a strong conceptual ability and work daily from brief to completion, bringing with you a love of branding and brand development. You’ll be accustomed to designing and conceptualising artwork for all types of marketing material and packaging, encouraging consumers to buy through your designs. Your role will ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity on all material we serve to our customers.

- Have lots of ideas for stand out marketing content and product packaging.
- Excellent listening & communication skills
- Lead from brief to execution with a strong knowledge on trends.
- Get things done quickly within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- A strong grasp of the Adobe Creative Suite
- Good visualisation skills
- To be happy to work on-site at JCB World Headquarters in Staffordshire.
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude
