**Responsibilities**:
As our HR Advisor, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring the local and Group HR plans are delivered.
- Responding to day-to-day queries from colleagues and managers providing first-class service at all times.
- Partnering with operations and support functions to build relationships, share expertise, coach and guide to promote diversity, equality, and inclusion.
- Undertaking induction activities
- Creating an engagement and well-being annual calendar of events and ensuring delivery within HR budgets.
**To be successful in this role, you will need**:
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- CIPD level 5 qualification or working towards and/or commercial experience with competent knowledge and understanding of Employment Law and GDPR.
- Experience of managing at least one team member.
- Ability to perform under own initiative and as part of a team and work under pressure and to deadlines.
- Up-to-date knowledge of employee relations and relevant legislation.
- Effective stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Experience of HR Systems, outlook and advanced Excel/Word.
